Most Underestimated Activity
Walk is often Underestimated. While it provides various benefits form of cardio, improve mental health, improve social life, maintain Vitamin D in body if you go out in sunlight, etc
My steps daily would be minimum 10,000 outside of my workout and runs. Sometimes it even reachs 15,000 or even 20,000.
