Mobility & Jan Challenge update
1/7 - somatic yoga practice, mobility routine done.
Did (2) horse stance to parallel and a little lower … 1 min 5s each. Played around with a little dynamic movement in the lower part and was able to get a little lower. Hips feeling better but still tight/restricted at the bottom of the stance. Slow steady gains … I’ll take it.
