Laying flat into body ball handstand
I love doing/practicing different calisthenic movements, it keeps me motivated and interested in calisthenics especially from the dopamine effect I get while doing these movements. Also believe it or not I train/teach a good handful of people how to do calisthenics even though I can’t even hold a normal handstand for a good 5-10 seconds, but even so I’ve learned how to control my weight more and teaching people has also taught me.
