Hi I am Ruth 40 years young this year, new to the community I'm in the north east of England -uk.
I am a long standing gym user who has always wanted to master the more functional body weight exercises and obviously the more cooler skills. I can do push up, pull up and dip pretty ok, any tips of where to start my goal is to master front leaver, muscle up, handstand and human flag ๐๐ช๐ป
