Hi all! I’ve been awol because I started a new med And it’s had a pretty severe side effect of fatigue ending up in me having to have day time naps (which I’ve never been able to do even willingly before!).
I’ve been jumping rope on and off and my best in a row is now 119 :D
Today I did 2 rounds of:
Plank to forward bend slides? X6
Knee push ups x10
Tricep dips x10
Deep squats x7
I also did a few hip flexor stretches
