I was able to balance in forearm headstand. I still find the feel of the arm position really strange. I tried to lift vertically and not have so much weight pushing down on my head. I found my back muscles really having to work bringing my knees back to a tuck position.
I have been practicing bridge with the support of the stability ball whilst pushing through my shoulders. I managed to push up into the bridge. Not pretty but I got up and worked on my shoulders without the aid of the stability ball.
