Today’s skill is the Pistol Squat — strength, balance, and control on one leg.
This is not about depth or reps.
It’s about owning your range.
Pick your level:
✅ Beginner: Assisted pistol (hold a post, ring, counter, or box)
🔄 Explorer: Full pistol squat (any depth you control)
🔥 Expert: Dragon squat
➡️ Go slow on the way down.
➡️ Do both sides.
⏱ 3–5 minutes total. A few clean attempts is enough.
