Hey guys,
I've challenged myself to get down to 8/9% bodyfat through intense tracking and management. I currently track with Gemini, as I can upload a pic of what I've eaten and it can give me an estimate of my macros. I am currently 12-13% bf so the goal to get to 8/9 by end of june will be very possible but also challenging.
