Had an amazing chat with yesterday and great coaching call to help level set on where I was falling short. It is immensely important to have an agenda, stick to your plan, and be precise in your health nutrition to ensure you can achieve all your objectives. My personal takeaways and for anyone to steal if they feel the same (public accountability isn’t bad, we are all a family here):
- plan my weekly diet and calorie intake to build that deficit
- Long hours at work and travel means easy to fall off the wagon. Carve out time for training and saying no to unhealthy and unnecessary snacks
- Adding my reminders and training sessions to the calendar to not negotiate and actually get things done
- Spend 1-2 mins a day to log all your data to synthesize and analyze your results, if you don’t see the difference
