@Tracey Watson yo are killing it Tracey! How do you keep up with your busy schedule and work? What is your secret sauce? Do you mind sharing. I am a technology consultant, constantly travelling and working long hours. I have tried to improve in some categories but still not able to my full stride.

@Tracey Watson my schedules have been so fluid and unpredictable. Sadly I also can’t go out for walk in a snow blizzard and -30C temps haha but for summer, this is definitely attainable
Taking charge and being accountable
Had an amazing chat with @Simon Johnson yesterday and great coaching call to help level set on where I was falling short. It is immensely important to have an agenda, stick to your plan, and be precise in your health nutrition to ensure you can achieve all your objectives. My personal takeaways and for anyone to steal if they feel the same (public accountability isn’t bad, we are all a family here): 1. plan my weekly diet and calorie intake to build that deficit 2. Long hours at work and travel means easy to fall off the wagon. Carve out time for training and saying no to unhealthy and unnecessary snacks 3. Adding my reminders and training sessions to the calendar to not negotiate and actually get things done 4. Spend 1-2 mins a day to log all your data to synthesize and analyze your results, if you don’t see the difference I am ready to action on this. Let’s go… Thank you for coming to my TED talk!

Show up the next day. 4️⃣ Get your steps in: It’s rain, not lava—get outside and move! If it’s too cold, find ways to stay active indoors. 5️⃣ Train hard: Use the extra fuel from holiday treats to smash PBs and work hard in the gym. 💪 Your Body Reflects Your Standards Your body and energy are a direct reflection of the decisions you make.
