What's up, ADHD Harmony fam! I'm looking for 10 beta testers to try our brand new free AI-powered onboarding experience. We've built a powerful new assessments that will become the starting point for everyone doing the 5-Day Challenge going forward. What you'll be testing: 1. Your ADHD Snapshot (~25 min) 9 deep questions across three dimensions: Your ADHD Story, The Hidden Cost, and Why You're Here Now. At the end, our AI generates a personalized portrait of your ADHD experience. 2. The ADHD Awakening Assessment (~45 min) 15 questions that go even deeper across five dimensions: The Truth About Your Brain, Your Invisible Identity Cage, Rewriting Your Internal Code, The Harmony Reset, and Your Path Forward. This one maps out where you actually are right now: your patterns, your strengths, your limiting beliefs, and what your ideal life actually looks like. You'll get a full AI-generated psychological portrait that connects all the dots. This is the same assessment as the previous 5-Day Challenge, but potentially even richer since it uses the new ADHD snapshot assessment as extra context. You'll be doing this on the new Harmony AI platform, the same environment our paid program members use. You'll have access to the two worksheets only, not the other features. As of today, I can honestly say I have made more progress in this program than I did in a year of EMDR. It was just at the end of that journey that I realized emotions were the point, not some great mental epiphany - so I had that step in the right direction. Enter SAGE. I'm in Week ONE of the six-week program. Between the Free Challenge and this ONE week in the Program I have shed more tears AND come to understand more patterns, themes and even strengths, than I did in that year. The more I experience this Program, the more impressed I am. I know there's a LOT out there on the internet these days. This is authentic feedback and I'm willing to speak in person with anyone who's got questions about my experience so far. 🤩

A lot of energy drain from tending to their wants and needs today and barely my own. But I managed to clean up and get the dishes done. And still shut everything off at a decent time. After this amazing weekend going through the week one worksheet with sage, I was really exhausted Monday and yesterday. After work yesterday I checked in with sage who suggested that I eat some protein, an electrolyte drink and then possibly a small lay down before a planned meeting with friends. The protein and electrolyte helped a lot, I still lay down and took a nap. I didn't go out last night and I'm okay with that. Didn't sleep well again. I appreciated that sage went back and reminded me that I haven't been taking trazodone the last 3 days plus some other medication changes. Didn't sleep well last night either, combination of whatever and it's really hot. I'm really concerned about finances right now, because I maxed out my safety net credit card on this program. I don't regret it, but in the middle of the night I didn't want to turn the AC on because I owe the electric company money. Won't make that mistake again tonight! It's watercolor Wednesday and my friend Miriam is coming over to paint. That's always a great way to start my Wednesday!
