Time to stop "Being" and start "Doing".
Just wrote my Commitment Letter and the pattern got clear: my self-care had quietly become my hiding place. The biggest open loop in my life is a basement renovation I started 6+ years ago. The drywall isn't the problem - my dad's perfectionism living in my head is. Big Rock for the next 6 weeks: finish the basement. Get into motion daily. 5 minutes of Qigong, one 25-minute block on the reno. Motion is the medicine. Let's go.
