This platform needs help, in my opinion.

I'm trying to find my posts, so I did a search of the Community and got this result: 0 results for "Michael A Greene" in Community. That's not true. In fact, I was looking for the page that showed my three identical posts so I could post this message:

I did not intentionally spam this platform with these three identical messages. Notice that each has a different source bracket? I needed to get this message to Jim, so I commented to him on three different comment boxes. I did that because after sending each one, nothing indicated my message was either sent or received.

So, of course, I kept trying, and each time, there was no indication that it had been sent or received. They all ended up here [on that page they were on], even though I was commenting to Jim directly. BTW, I cannot delete those messages, so they will sit there occupying space.

Could we have a designated place to contact the platform administrator with concerns or problems with the platform? If anyone is a qualified AI consultant who can assist Jim with his platform structure, please step up.
