OMG my do I love subtracting!!! I'm still working through the worksheets but that whole concept of "later" is so healing for me. I have spent so much time doom scrolling because I can't make up my mind which of my many interests/tasks/responsibilities should have my attention. I have my 2 rocks and I've moved SO much out. So even the tasks that aren't my 2 rocks - grocery shopping/meal prep etc aren't reducing my capacity to focus! They have become peripheral and though I have other tasks and loops to close, they are off of my primary view if that makes sense - so they don't steal my energy. I have an even newer level of calm and peace
