My lowest Harmony dimension: Most areas seem to need love
Wind-down pattern I noticed: I have trouble winding down, I end up rushing
Morning pattern I noticed: Much easier to build a morning routine than night
I decided to close my open loop because it had to be done but even with the steps broken down I still faced a lot resistance
And it made me feel: relieved that I finally started
What surprised me: Even with the steps strategy I still had issues. Maybe just have to break it further down
