ADHD Snapshot first part
Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and it named something I've been trying to explain my whole life. That "resistance" I feel when I try to focus is actually two things happening at once - my brain pulling me away AND blocking me forward at the same time. It was never laziness. Not once.

Section 2 of my Snapshot just hit different. It named something I never called what it was: grief. Not for one big thing, but for years of trying to follow a path that was never built for my brain and losing belief in myself along the way. Also finally seeing that my "avoidance" pattern is a threat response to uncertainty, not a character flaw.

Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and one thing hit hard: I've spent years doubling down on my weaknesses while dismissing the things that actually come naturally to me. Turns out my body has been telling me what's right this whole time. I just never trusted it over what I thought I "should" be doing.

@Tracy Weiss oh nice, its been a great habit. I've been feeling physically amazing since regularly stretching. Those are just some origami sheets I got to help when I'm watching something educational or slow to keep me from procrastinating in other ways.

@Tracy Weiss That's how I got into, had a spinal injury and needed to start stretching. Never had patience for it so probably wouldn't have had started otherwise.

@Sammie Chaffin oh ok. And if someone is dealing with trauma but cant afford treatment/help. What should they do/learn/focus on?
