Seriously, what's wrong with this picture?

Has anyone tried to post a comment on a session video? It's crazy. I simply wanted to post a question on the content of the video, and it takes me to Loom and all kinds of places. I only wanted to comment on a video that I have a question about the content. And I have no idea where my comment went after I clicked POST... it just vanished into thin air. Where did it go? Seriously, there is something wrong with this picture. In my opinion.
