I have not been posting my check-ins because they are a ramble and a half. But I can tell you that SAGE has helped me come up with a great evening wind down plan in terms of timing, plus strategies to navigate the pitfalls. Very helpful to be able to map it out. And now I have an 8:45 reminder on the calendar that at 9pm I need to be done watching tv, finishing dishes, what have you because 9pm is brush teeth and get to reading or whatever relaxing thing in low light. I ordered a few products to protect my melatonin. Cross fingers.
