In the first video, I have already heard Jim say maybe three times that possibly people will be thinking that the concepts he's talking about are woo woo. First of all, isn't that a Harry Potter thing from years ago and is pretty outdated at this point? I would encourage that we not resurrect it. I am a spiritual person since my spiritual awakening surrounding two brain surgeries. I recognize many of the things that have been mentioned already as being common spiritual practices. I don't ever think of them as woo woo, because to me that seems rather derogatory or a judgment by people that tend to slam things they're fearful of because they don't understand. I have devoted several years now to healing, and I don't regret one moment of it even when it was extremely hard to go back and process my past trauma. If people want to think that healing to live a more enriching and harmonious life is woo woo, let them. But I wouldn't suggest it at the outset, because it implies that there's something people can question as legitimate. To me, anything we can do to heal that brings us closer to living a happy life is legitimate. Sorry about the rant, but this just kind of struck me wrong, and I wanted to give my input.
