Part 3
Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and one thing hit hard: I've been saying I "resorted back" after CBT like I was the failure. This reframed it as the tools not fitting my brain. Also realized the first change I want isn't about productivity. It's about giving myself permission to have 30 minutes that are just mine.
