My Operating Manual
Just did the first part of my Operating Manual and realised something. I've spent eight-plus years chasing courses and programmes to "give me the push," but every one of them started at the doing level while the belief underneath stayed untouched. Eighteen years of study, and I finally see the mismatch wasn't my capability - it was my environment.
