Micro tasks are the way to go
Day 2 micro task done! I typed "Dear Laura" in the email that I must respond to and trusted that this was enough and could forget about it for the rest of the day. Phew that was an easy win and a little bit of relief too.
I have also been looking to address my bedtime which has been way too late for far too long and I am feeling tired of feeling tired. So I set an alarm an hour before the time I want to be in bed to remind me to get ready for bed, i.e brush my teeth and wash my face etc. before I reach the stage of exhaustion and ending up falling asleep on the sofa.
