Hi all, I'm late to the party as always, but part of that has to do with my not so great relationship with time (which may be adhd-related) so I'm trying to be kinder to myself. I just did the snapshot and learned that some life trauma may be an exacerbating factor in my ability to navigate adhd as well as I unknowingly did before the trauma. I am going to catch up on the videos I've missed tomorrow after I've gotten some rest, but overall it feels like a step in the right direction and I'm hopeful to get all the great knowledge I can from this challenge.
Other than that, it's great to see how helpful the first few days have been for many folks in the community and I'm really glad this space exists. Does anyone else have a hard time with time management/awareness or dealing with trauma?
