Is it still a win? I say YES
I went to bed last night by 9:30pm and did a meditation of gratitude.
I woke up this morning at 6:15am.
I got up did the dishes, listen to our good old trusty friend Jim and started doing the homework. Able to take a shower along with a cold dunkaroo, brushed my teeth ( at home AGAIN), I got my healthy lunch ready and was out the door only two minutes late.
I would like to say that I did this while my husband and daughter were getting ready for school and work ( because he brings her to school), and my eighteen year old son got up on his own at six fifteen a m, which he normally doesn't get up until at least 9am (im sorry what?). Hey buddy, everything ok? Why yes mom, i just feel rested 🤔 I'mgonna ponder that for a while..
But the reason that this is a win is because I did all this while having three of us pop into or make random noises at random times... i was still able to stay focused on what my tasks were for the morning... go me, go me doing a little dance!
Now to conquer the rest of the day because it is only 8am.
