Introduction
Hi, my name is Cherie, I’m from New Zealand and I work as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I love exercise and wellness and have only recently been diagnosed with ADHD. I’m going through an interesting process with this news and am finding it quite emotional.
I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony:
  1. Learn and understand my brain better
  2. Find some structure and systems that work for me - so that I can follow through and be more productive
  3. Improve my self esteem and confidence in myself
For fun, I like to:
  1. Go to the beach or lake
  2. Workout - move my body
  3. Spend time with my family
PS: I love animals especially my cats 😻😹
