Hi, my name is Cherie, I’m from New Zealand and I work as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I love exercise and wellness and have only recently been diagnosed with ADHD. I’m going through an interesting process with this news and am finding it quite emotional.
I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony:
- Learn and understand my brain better
- Find some structure and systems that work for me - so that I can follow through and be more productive
- Improve my self esteem and confidence in myself
For fun, I like to:
- Go to the beach or lake
- Workout - move my body
- Spend time with my family
