Hi, my name is Ganesh. I live on the Unceded Territory of the Sinixt peoples; later named Nelson, British Columbia - Canada.
I am a 52-year-old, and I was diagnosed 5 years ago.
I am currently studying Peace and Conflict Studies and Indigenous Studies.
You can ask me questions about:
- Starting and facilitating support groups for men in particular, but not exclusively.
- Growing and fostering communities centered around Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion
I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony:
- Community.
- Clearer direction on my Ikigai.
- A better understanding of my internal saboteur.
For fun, I like to:
- Travel around in my van and play competitive Disc Golf.
- Play billiards competitively.
- Snowboard deep powder.
- Use Clowning as therapy.
- Make gourmet meals for one.
