How old?
Just wondering how old people were when they discovered they had ADHD. I am 58 and I have found out more about myself and why I feel the way I do which is an eye opener.
I think my dad may also have ADHD and he is 87. I don’t know if it’s something that he would be interested in but he does have some of the “traits”
I just wondered if there are people older than 87 who have just discovered themselves.
