Reflection on body doubling: I’ve used the body dbl in ADHDHarmony several times only a few with others. I find it is very helpful to me in getting me moving and off procrastination because it makes me break down the steps plus it’s a gentle nudge in the background. It’s so much better than using a timer which I’ve tried. If I’m working on writing I also add classical music for focus or a special playlist I created. Which one I use depends on the loop I want to close.
Optional reflection/win: I did two 75 min body dbl sessions today and I was joined by someone in the first session. It was nice to have company. On the 2nd session I found myself at the end with just ONE more definition left to type and format. I was tired….. so I left it. Something I would never do before ADHDHarmony. After Jim’s group tonight and before my witching hour I finished the last definition….. the word Sealant. Today is done and dusted!!!
