I finished the last day of the reset today and looked back over the last 5 days to see how I did. I'm surprised that I did really well with no socials, no random internet scrolling, cold showers 🥶🚿 each day (4 out of 5!) and eating well! Go ME! I'm going to see how much of it I can keep going with. I think these are some great things to continue with! I didn't do so hot with no phone before bedtime 😒 and some of my other goals to move more and meditate more but I will keep at it. Tomorrow is another day!
