Earth to Teri… TERI COME IN

I have a project I’ve been working on seriously since October last. I need to be honest and Visible as JT says… it’s a somatic course with three levels; Matrix of the Heart Practitioner, Adept, and Master Guide that was the impetus for my joining the 5-day and then Cohort 3. I am now down to Week 6 and I have done some amazing mask removal, shadow work, and empowerment with JT! The big realisation today …… I’ve still not really worked to completion my Big Rock, Matrix of the Heart. At 6am today I realised I was waiting all this time for someone to say “……. 👇👇👇

Teri you got it. And here's why it'll stick this time when the explanation didn't before: you didn't hear it from me. You walked yourself back to age twelve and found it with your own hands.

So let me hand you the clean version to hold onto.

That "Earth to Teri" voice was never them patching a flaw in you. An ADHD brain genuinely needs a cue to cross the starting line. Initiation is the hard part, it always has been. The adults and the teachers became your external starter pistol, and it worked. That isn't weakness. That's a brain getting the scaffolding it needed to function in a system it wasn't built for.

The trap is a quiet one: the scaffolding walked out of the room with them. They left, the starter pistol left too, and a part of you has been standing at the line ever since, waiting for a voice that isn't coming back.

And the "did I use it as a crutch, did I know all along" thread, let that one go. Conscious or not changes nothing about what you do next. It was smart. It carried you through school, university, a whole career. Honor it, don't prosecute it.

Now look at what you actually did this morning. You came in early. You set the tea. You're getting "a few little things into play" before Matrix. That right there is you saying on your mark, get set. You became the adult in the room today, and nobody had to call your name.
