Dog lovers

Feeling very low today, I found out that someone who adopted a foster dog from me, has stage 4 cancer and is having to go through aggressive chemotherapy and now needs the dog rehomed.

I feel so bad for them as they are such lovely people and have thought long and hard about this but feel that in the best interest of the dog they need to rehome him.

I wish I could have him back but unfortunately I am not in a position to take him. Is there anyone in the UK who is experienced with large dogs who can help?
