Do you feel unproductive?

This week didn't feel particularly productive because my calendar was lighter than usual, but when I actually wrote the things I worked on and achieved, I realised I'd been measuring "busy" instead of "done."
What I actually did:
  • Continued to get to bed before 10:30pm every night. It’s amazing what difference a consistent extra hour’s sleep can make.
  • 6 weeks of consistent daily planning.
  • Body doubling worked its magic again ( thanks ) Got my last email inbox from 6,000 unread down to 1,000. The other three are still being maintained at zero. I also begun decluttering and sorting my office.
  • I began going back through the 5 day challenge videos as a refresher.
  • I delivered my in-person mindful journaling workshop yesterday and it went beautifully. I had been avoiding the planning and prep for this but met the deadline, showed up and I was actually proud of myself and the way I held the room of 30 women.
  • Ran an online training for my client membership group and built a tool to go with it.
  • I worked on my Art commission which is now in the final stages.
  • I supported my elderly mum by taking a half day off to take her to an appointment.
What I'm sitting with that’s weighing on me:
I didn't do any client-generating activities in my business this week. This feels like such an obligation. I can see the avoidance clearly now, which is uncomfortable but useful.
Next week's focus is picking ONE small, warm-channel client-gen action and actually doing it.
I’m also wanting to finish the challenge videos and still want to dive deeper into the blueprint. Showing up here daily is part of how I stay honest about that.
