@Jim Ebbelaar tghe Graphics look good - the layout is nice, easy to follow and the colours are nicely complementing with out to much vividness for the 'Magpie eye" that loves sparkly things.
Staying connected - Suggestion
I know we have all been commenting on each other's posts, giving insight s. Sharing humor etc. I am unable to join the 6 week program and mentally fell into a bit of a rut and I started telling myself some negative stories. I was feeling a but sorry for myself and was just going to drop off the radar as everyone was going ahead and leaving me. I reflected on how I felt during the challenge and connecting with this community. and it felt so good to have a space where I felt seen & understood and that I was not alone. I know a connected with a few other people that I communicated with via posts etc Suggestion: Maybe we can start a message thread to stay connected in the community, check in etc. Hoping to make some lasting connections.

@Sara Waithe and @Renee Van keulen and @Nic F - hey hey team, I was where you all were some 6 weeks ago, at the last 5 day challenge, and then it felt like "poof" - "oh those dudes have gone to the Cohort" - but I can tell you, honestly they may have gone to the Cohort six week program, but they still shared, and I think they also appreciated the newbies, who had just been on the 5 Day challenge, posting, commenting and liking their posts, and acknowledging their wins, EVEN better, many of them commented, posted, and encouraged us "little 5 Day Challenagers" who were posting about our bits and bobs, STAY, set up a wee working group to work through the Blueprint together, - I did this with my buddy @Diana Domantay and it made th world of difference to me - baeing able to dsicuss and encoaurge each other. That's the power of being part of a community, we might be at different lifecycles of the 5 Day, or the Blueprint, but we can still learn from each other and encouarge each other. We look forward to seeing you all in the community
Commitment Letter
After sorting out the tech issue with access to my letter, with the help of Jim on our live call, I was able to see it. I just finished reading it. I'm astonished with the compassion shown, the encouragement given, the insights provided, and the hope it has instilled in me. Thank you @Jim Ebbelaar for this marvelous creation and making it available to us. Outside of the worksheets I engaged in a chat with Sage for another area of my life and was floored with the conversation. I may share that at some point, just not right now. Friends, do take advantage of the access. Literally it can be life-changing. Blessings.

Randy, I love hearing how much your letter landed for you. That mix of compassion, clarity, and hope really is something special — it’s incredible what opens up when we finally feel seen instead of judged. I’ve been diving into some of this myself and even asked Miss Sage for a bit of guidance on research around RSD, ADHD co‑morbidities, how RSD shows up in those patterns, plus the whole tangle of narcissistic parenting and attachment theory. The insights are… honestly, incredible. It’s wild how much starts making sense when you look at the bigger picture. I’m really glad you shared using SAGE to help with other areas of enquiry. It’s encouraging to see how much possibility you’re feeling already. Blessings right back at you.
The tech help thread
Got a tech issue or bug with the course, Sage or the blueprint? Drop it here and we'll figure it out together. If we keep all tech stuff and bugs in this thread it doesn't get lost in the chat and it's probably easier for Jim to see as well if there are recurring issues.

Not a reocuring issue, but a potential enhancement - the Calendar should be able to recognise what country and timezone you are operating on - althought Sage took it in her stride when I told her I was a day ahead, and could tell her what happens in the future, she got cheeky and asked if I could tell her the winning lotto numbers - :)

Lynn, going to the New York Botanical Garden is absolutely a win in my books — and doing your check‑in on top of that is another one. Truly, there’s no “behind” here. You’ve probably been unpacking more than you realise just by opening up to your friends. That kind of sharing takes confidence, especially when it’s about something so personal. And as a fellow botanical‑garden addict… I have to ask: do you have a green thumb yourself? I’m a chronic propagator — our gardens are never safe from my “just one tiny cutting” fingers. Orchids, though… those are the divas of the plant world. So glad you didn’t cancel. Sounds like the day fed your soul in all the right ways. PS: Just a wee plug for Hamilton NZ Botannical Gardens here - we are on of the top 1% of Garden attractions globally - they are amazing - but I could be biassed.
