Day 4 Done!
My lowest Harmony dimension: my procrastination, and my regulation
Wind-down pattern I noticed: I noticed I felt more relaxed and unwound a bit more
Morning pattern I noticed: Having the sun on my face in the morning which helped, and the staring at the wall which was hard but worth it.
I decided to close my open loop:I felt it would benefit me and it really has.
And it made me feel: Awesome, awake, alive my body felt less tense
What surprised me: My nervous system] was shot but I feel like I have had a new lease of life especially since doing this challenge.
