My lowest Harmony dimension: Finances and career
Wind-down pattern I noticed: I could only go about 2 hours without screens before relapsing
Morning pattern I noticed: I gave up on my morning routine after I couldn't sleep at night
I decided to (not) close my open loop: I did more of my open loop but not all of my open loop
And it made me feel: Ashamed
What surprised me: I feel better when I think I am going to change my evening and morning routine
