Day 4
My limiting belief : I am a ridiculous mother.
Source : my mother told me a was bound t be when I was a child. Lamented my poor children if ever they had the misfortune of being born. Apparently, her whole generation of Russian women did that in attempt to embarrass their children into becoming "good". It's ok, I forgive her.
However, my son agrees to drink my offered turmeric+blk pepper brew whenever I hear him sneeze, is doing morning routine exercises, is trusting me with his emotional pain, is completely clean in the face of his many problems, and is just after volunteering to walk to the gym, so I must be after doing something right. People are telling me that I am a good mother. I am going to breathe with this for a month (or couple of days at least, lol), looking forwards to have this good thought about myself sink in.
