Nad(hd)
Hi, my name is Nad, I’m from New Zealand , and I work as an engineer. I have experience with design, risk assessment and project. You can ask me questions about: - Self development - Technical stuff - Theory of planning ( but not execution!!!) I want to get these things from ADHD Harmony: 1. Get passed the planning phase 2. Understand how to create “fake” urgency 3. Finish stuff For fun, I like to: 1. Read 2. Trek 3. Try all sports 4. Challenge myself: last one was 100km bike 5. Get out with my friends: drinks theatre concert… 6. Self development This is where I live!

Ok, here is an interesting development on fake urgency. From the position of self dev precisely. The more I work on myself, the more I believe in my importance as part of something great, having made it on purpose to this place in this time, with this body composition.. The higher my faith in my powers as a creator. So I go on and tell myself in a serene meditation under a potent full moon that I can see my house beautiful and pristine, a pleasure to open the door to unexpected guests and be happy to do so,before the summer comes (so within three months or so, two weeks ago) Not two weeks pass and I get a letter from the county council to inform me that I am getting an inspection in two weeks... So did I flipping create a fake urgency that is only too bloidy real or what? Apropos, for all yus looking for a mechanism, looks like I got one😂🤔

Day 4
My limiting belief : I am a ridiculous mother. Source : my mother told me a was bound t be when I was a child. Lamented my poor children if ever they had the misfortune of being born. Apparently, her whole generation of Russian women did that in attempt to embarrass their children into becoming "good". It's ok, I forgive her. However, my son agrees to drink my offered turmeric+blk pepper brew whenever I hear him sneeze, is doing morning routine exercises, is trusting me with his emotional pain, is completely clean in the face of his many problems, and is just after volunteering to walk to the gym, so I must be after doing something right. People are telling me that I am a good mother. I am going to breathe with this for a month (or couple of days at least, lol), looking forwards to have this good thought about myself sink in. Day 3 ✅ Done!
⚖️ The belief that's been holding me back most: "If I can’t perfectly exist within other’s expectations, I’ll never be loved. If I can’t excel at it I shouldn’t waste time and energy trying." 📍 Where it came from: I learned early on in life that the quiet, obedient, and overachieving daughter got time and attention. The daughter that got B’s instead of A+’s wasn’t even scolded, just ignored. Being good wasn’t enough to be noticed, I had to be the best. ✨ My new code: "My value is not based on being perfect. Diving into something with passion and doing my best is never a waste of time and energy! " 🔮 My Future Self statement: "I am the kind of person who loves myself enough to let others’ expectations roll off me. " 💪 Debugging in progress...

Good call. It turned out that once a person is actually able to love themselves, like loving a child - unconditionally, only then they can really love others, rather than depend on others for approval. And only after loving oneself is a given, being loved by others for real is even possible as we get ourselves reflected in them. Happy for you ♥️
Report
Wow, that report.. It was like talking with my true self over a cuppa in the halls of my heart, under the warming light of my connection with Divinity.. I am not making much sense with this sentence, I am aware, but the feeling is so big, it can't be put in prosaic everyday language.. I look forwards to the webinar. Much gratitude for this opportunity, Jim💯♥️🙏🏻
Introduction
Hi Jim and all yus, Ireland here. I am late finding this great thing, so can't partake in real time but will try the recording videos, if still possible. I fight with ADHD all my life, a history of chaos, only learned what it was a few months ago, year max, while trying to figure strategies to help my son (ASD, ADHD). Found myself described in every aspect of the thing, went to the doctor, she agreed that I am onto something but it will be a while till diagnosed. I don't mind, to me just knowing that I am not completely a.. Like mistakenly landed on this earth with no idea how to function properly. Just adhd, lol, a huge relief. I love to get any pointers I can here, anything at all to make me go through with my things.. Faster. Like, not to take years. I am loving the exercises Vanja is teaching and all makes tons of sense but I am still stuck on day one as I miss a day (or a week) and go back to it again, from day one. I train karate, so exercise regularly, one way or another, but it is infuriating to know how much (light years) better I could be if only.. So that's my introduction for ye:)
