Reflection on body doubling: Really good session for me, I have been feeling massively dysregulated today and quite irritable.
As such I've found it really difficult to get into the head space. I committed to this challenge though and wanted to see it through.
Listening to Jim and seeing the others in the community get on with their tasks, massively helped me to start mine and to achieve some success in the work adminni had been procrastinating on.
Optional reflection/win: I got out of bed, when I didn't want to after a poor night's sleep and I completed a workout. I have shown perseverance throughout my day.
