Day 3 ✅ Done!

⚖️ The belief that's been holding me back most: "This shouldn’t be this hard,” paired with, “I should be able to figure this out.”

📍 Where it came from: I’m honestly not sure…but maybe being the youngest of eight kids and often feeling like I had to figure things out on my own. Or maybe because I was always told to “look it up” (in the encyclopedia/dictionary, etc) when I asked a question. ;-)

✨ My new code: "Ah, I’m in the friction phase,” and “Some parts of this are mine to solve. Some parts aren’t.”

🔮 My Future Self statement: "I am the kind of person who builds meaning(ful things) - carefully, correctly, and sustainably.
