The belief that's been holding me back most: My procrastination and impulsivity.
Where it came from: I've struggled with procrastination and impulsivity for as long as I can remember. As I've gotten older, both have become more challenging, partly due to hormonal changes.
My new code: Instead of focusing on how difficult it feels to get started, I'll begin with just one or two small steps. Taking small actions will help me build momentum and make steady progress on any task or project.
My Future Self statement: “ I am the kind of person who overcomes procrastination and impulsivity by consistently putting in the work. Every small step I take moves me closer to my goals and helps me make meaningful progress."
