Day 3
Just got to the part where I wrote down my harshest inner voice, and I noticed it says “YOU are a failure”, not “I am”. Turns out that verdict was never mine to begin with. I found this challenge today quite the eye opener. We can’t fix the ADHD in us but we can erase the negativity which is a big problem. Looking forward to day 4!
