Section 2 of the Awakening Assessment just showed me that the "mess" and curiosity I loved as a kid became the exact things I learned to hide behind perfectionism and overachieving. Turns out the version of me trying to prove I'm not a failure and the version that just wants to celebrate brushing my teeth are the same person. It’s okay to be me and I’m still the same as I was. Anyone who doesn’t like me doesn’t have to be part of my life!

What’s this 6 weeks thing? I’ve only finished day 1 but curious as to what this is

I mentioned before that I'm about to start medication for my ADHD. Does anyone have experience with medication and could offer advice? I'd also appreciate it if someone with ADHD and related addiction could share their experiences and advice. I really need it. Thank you all so much.

Just started the ADHD Awakening Assessment and already realized why every system I've tried eventually stopped working. The sticky notes, the colour coding, the routines - they all failed because they were built for a brain that isn't mine. Turns out I'm not undisciplined. I'm just wired differently, and that's actually okay. Finding the AI responses super in depth and helps me see things even I didn’t understand

I’ve been in the community for awhile but only recently I’ve decided to make the leap of faith. I’m finally ready to do something about this brain of mine. I’m 27 and a mother of 2. My eldest I’m pretty sure is also ADHD and my youngest is the one that made me realise I was spicy in the first place. Both my girls are incredible but oh so different. I can’t wait to embark on this journey with you all!
