Day 3

Section 2 of the Awakening Assessment just showed me that my childhood ended at 12 when I became "Mammy's little helper," and I've been performing the Caretaker role ever since. I had a 6 month period in my life last year after therapy that my therapist called 'pos-traumatic growth' when I wasn't achieving anything. I was just taking care of myself the way I'd always taken care of everyone else. One of the happiest periods of my life.
