"Yesterday was a little bit scattered overall, still a decent day, just a lot on my mind with wanting to make progress with my job search, my finances, and patterns related to identity, perfectionism, and overthinking.
Also with it being the last week of the 6-week cohort🌱 has got a lot on my mind and I did a lot of deep work with Sage yesterday and by the end of the day my head was spinning😵‍💫
So Sage just had me call it and take the evening to rest and not dive any deeper."
