💭 Reflection:
"I am recovering from my trip home from Germany to Canada. I was not ok during the travel - thanks to numerous small and some big travel obstacles (such as losing a passport - temporarily). It was not "travel hell", but certainly a "travel purgatory". All my "bad" ADHD behaviours came out in force during the trip.
Day 1 - yesterday - was already going in the right direction (lots of sleep). Picked up my new eyeglasses - their production had been delayed, and they were only finished on the day after our departure for Germany. They are not perfect - I knew that, and I had made a conscious decision to settle for "not perfect", to end an almost 4-months period of over-thinking and indecision.
Day 2 - today - is even better. Almost no bad feelings. Went out for a walk in the sunshine."
