This weekend was a big weekend with a lot of social activities and child care. I fell behind a bit on some of the classes, activities, and the ADHD assessment but that didn't stop my mind from processing everything I had learned the days before.
I started adjusting my evening and morning routines based on the advice from day 4. Honestly, I didn't even implement all of it. But just that basic insight into how I ruin my dopamine system every morning and evening motivated me to be that much more deliberate. No more phone the last and first hour of the day, starting with a tall glass of water and some sunlight and fresh air. I felt reborn!
