My head is a jar of bouncy balls and it's holding me back
Just got my ADHD Snapshot and one line hit me sideways: I've spent thirty years managing the gap between what my brain can do and what actually makes it onto the page. Gifted testing as a kid, straight 10s in math, then a lifetime of people telling me they saw more potential than I was delivering. I always called it a focus problem. Turns out my working memory is a room with 25 bouncy balls in motion, and I've been trying to hold meetings in it. Ready for Day 1.
