Reflection on body doubling: I find it really helpful as an entrepreneur who seems always "alone in my office". Meeting times help me keep to a schedule. Other people working reminds me that this is the time to let other things go and focus on these tasks.
Optional reflection/win: I find the graphics for the Productivity System and Overcoming Procrastination's Emotional Blocks to be really helpful. These hit right where my procrastination lives. This is why "Just Do It" never worked for me - but now I have a framework that helps! And 3 WHOLE DAYS WITHOUT SUGAR!!!!! Who knew I could survive it???
