3 Whole Days without Sugar and I'm Still Alive!
I completed day 3 of the ADHD Focus Reset My mood today: 8 My focus score today: 8 Reflection on body doubling: I find it really helpful as an entrepreneur who seems always "alone in my office". Meeting times help me keep to a schedule. Other people working reminds me that this is the time to let other things go and focus on these tasks. Optional reflection/win: I find the graphics for the Productivity System and Overcoming Procrastination's Emotional Blocks to be really helpful. These hit right where my procrastination lives. This is why "Just Do It" never worked for me - but now I have a framework that helps! And 3 WHOLE DAYS WITHOUT SUGAR!!!!! Who knew I could survive it???

I completed day 2 of the ADHD Focus Reset My mood today: 8 My focus score today: 8 Reflection on breathwork: Amazing session - I don't know how but it kept my mind from racing. What a nice relief from the constant chatter in my head! I focused on someone I loved - and focused on my adult sons. Then I realized that they love me just as much as I love them. Why had I never thought of that? Optional reflection/win: Toning down the "noise" is helping. I still had to work until midnight on my business launch, but I am focused only on that. No silly games on my phone to take away the feeling of being in an uncomfortable place where I don't always know what I am doing. The hardest part was "no sugar" - but I did it!

I completed day 1 of the ADHD Focus Reset My intention is to get my first ad for my business sent in the next few days My top 3 triggers are: snacking, sugar and games on my phone I am picking level: 3 My mood today: 9 My focus score today: 8 Optional reflection/win: I learning that my environment really does set up a productive day. Stacks of papers visually overwhelm me and I go looking for snacks instead of sitting down and working. One small step at a time.
To-Do Lists are NOT for My Neurodivergent Brain
Just started the ADHD Awakening Assessment and already realized the reason I haven't launched my business isn't indecision - it's that my brain freezes when there's no safety net. And those to-do lists I kept abandoning? They were built for a brain that runs on obligation, not mine, which runs on what's actually interesting.

These are such powerful insights! Just knowing what stops you from creating your business is a huge step. I’ve been trying to launch a business for 3 years - and couldn’t figure out why I was so lazy (I’m really not). It’s that safety thing!!!!! Between that and to do lists, it’s enough to stop anyone with ADHD! I bet that now that you understand that, the whole world opens up for you!
Bug in App
the app has a bug. Days ago I asked a question and when I wanted to use it today on the third message it said something about having reached the limit.... Anyone else had this problem? Bummed me the heck out since I didn't use it daily and it's one thing I can't take my quota/"credit(s)" for the next day, but adding a question to my daily message limit of 4 I asked days ago sucks.

Try refreshing the page again. This happens to me and if it’s been more than 24 hours since my last chat it usually works. I have put in a question or prompt to have it disappear because the chat limit didn’t reset - so now I reset first.
