COMMITMENT LETTER
Sara — Week 1, ADHD Harmony 6-Week Program Sara, Before I wrote this letter for you, I sat with everything you shared—not just your answers here, but your check-ins, your profile, the patterns in your days. Here's what I see: You work in healthcare. You spend your days helping navigate a system that's supposed to help people heal. And yet—you've been accepting "no" from that same system when it comes to your own body, your own pain, your own healing. You wrote something that stopped me: "I want to heal myself. Not striving for a career." That's not a small statement. That's a woman who's finally done putting herself last. Let's build on that.

šŸ”„ Looking for: Community Manager for ADHD Harmony
Hey everyone! I'm looking for someone to help me manage this community. As we grow, I want to make sure everyone here feels supported, stays engaged, and actually gets results. I can't keep up with everything myself anymore, so I'm looking for someone to help. What you'd do: - Respond to posts and questions daily - Welcome new members and help them find their way - Check in with quiet members via DM - Celebrate wins and keep the energy up - Come up with ideas and challenges to keep things fun - Let me know what's working and what members need You're a good fit if you: - Have ADHD (or close experience with it) and want to help others thrive - Enjoy connecting with people online - Communicate well in writing - Can work independently What you get: - Full access to all ADHD Harmony programs - Work directly with me - Small monthly fee (early stage — grows as we grow) - Chance to actually help people change their lives Feeling like the GIF below right now? Drop a "āœ‹" in the comments and I'll reach out šŸ™‹ Questions? Also drop them below šŸ‘‡

Commitment letter & RSD Toolkit surprise
Feeling really emotional after finishing my commitment letter and having a look through the Harmony AI tools. I had a really bad RSD episode this morning stemming from the work debate. Nothing bad happened. But I worked through it with some guided CBT protocols to look for the root of it, I felt so crazy. In a nutshell, naming that it stems from childhood was really, really tough. Physically and emotionally. I checked in with some colleagues in the side and realised that I was the only one feeling the tension and this really intense nervous system deregulation. I wish I'd been able to access stuff like the toolkit right there and then, but I only just got logged in tonight. I'm so grateful to know that resources like the RSD toolkit were considered as part of the platform and are available. This whole experience is something else.

Feeling some Momentum
I wrote in the Wins Section last week how I cleaned off one counter in my kitchen and how good it made me feel to see a small uncluttered space. I have taken care of that area for almost two weeks now, returning it to it's clean & tidy state after each use. Since then, I have started to declutter another counter in my kitchen, this area is kind of a catch all area so it's harder. But it is clear more than it is cluttered. I also find myself doing the dishes (by hand) twice a day, instead of daily or every other day, because I want the sink, and the area around it to be free from clutter (third and last countertop in my kitchen). I also completed a loop I have been ruminating on, and set up a paper shredding station in my hallway. I had 4 boxes of papers I need to shred, and have done 1 1/2 by just doing a little at a time throughout the day. (the boxes have been sitting there since Spring 2025). My brain is starting to notice things that need to be done rather than just accepting things the way that they are, It's becoming fun and exciting to grab something and put it away (or throw it away). Where as before anything out of place was always elicited a negative emotion. I can't wait for class to officially start!!
